My aim was to find a program that encompasses a wide range of skills, including cookery, recipe development, and sustainable procurement management.Ìý

One aspect that attracted me to this course is the incorporation of the business aspect of culinary management. I appreciate that I will be learning not only the culinary skills but also the business strategies involved in managing a culinary enterprise.
